It's Move In Day
That's right. In just a few short hours Gettysburg will be swarming with actors, musicians and the like. It's actually pretty exciting. Since I'm off work today, I volunteered to help with check-in. I'm such a "Civil War"groupie...

Lucky You!!!
I've been a BIG fan of this show, since I saw it on Broadway. I saw it quite a few times there and on tour, getting to talk with a lot of the cast members (especially Michael Lanning....my favorite). I was also lucky enough to be at the very last performance on Broadway. What a tear-jearker that was.
The day that I found out about the show coming to Gettysburg....I literally cried...(I know...silly, right?!) This is a dream come true for me, as my husband and I are in love with Gettysburg and being able to see this extrordinary show that we both love, in a place that we both love, is like I said....a dream come true!!!
We're coming to the 'Burg in June and have tickets for two nights in a row....I CAN'T WAIT!!!!
My very best wishes go out to the Majestic Theater in hopes that it has awesome success with this amazing show and BREAK-A-LEG to the cast (I can't wait to hear Michael Lanning sing again)!!!
Not silly at all! I've loved this show since the CD came out and it truly amazes me - every day - that I'm just a very small part of it. To get to not only work with these guys, but get to know them and spend some time with them is just such an amazing experience. I almost wish I could walk around with a camera taking pictures of the entire experience. But that's what blog's are for! Can't wait to meet you in June. Make sure you stop by to say 'hello'!
Interesting site. Useful information. Bookmarked.
