For the Glory Needs Your Help
Hey gang. As you know, For the Glory is scheduled to appear at the Majestic Theater every summer for the next 5 years. But, only if we sell tickets this year. So if you love this show, please help us get the word out so that the Majestic can continue to host "For the Glory" for years to come. As an extra incentive, we are offering a buy one, get one free discount for all ticket buyers. In addition, children under the age of 16 get in free with the same promotion. So please, tell everyone you know about this show. No trip to Gettysburg is complete without a visit to the Majestic to see "For the Glory". And if anyone has been thinking about a trip to PA, this is the perfect opportunity. A family of 2 adults and any number of kids can see this show for as little as $47.50 or $53.
Thanks,
Amanda

Opening Night Pictures!
Well, I've finally got some of my opening night shots downloaded to my computer. There are more to come from both myself and one of the Production Assistants. As soon as I have those, I'll get them posted. And my apologies, but I'm in all of them. What can I say? I'm a fan, too!!
Michael Lanning and my dear friend, Kirk.

Tad Wilson who understudies the Confederate Captain.

My former intern and FTG PA, Lauren

Steve Barcus (can you tell it was the end of a VERY long day for me??)

I'll have more up soon!!
Cheers,
Amanda

July Already?
Hey kids! Sorry for the delayed update. It's been crazy busy at the Majestic. The show is still going strong. Ticket sales aren't the best so if you haven't seen the show yet - come see it NOW! Tell all your friends. Bring your family! Everyone that sees this show is absolutely in love with it. You'd be amazed at some of the things I hear from the folks coming out of the theater every night. Now we just need to get the word out. So please, tell everyone you can about this show. It deserves a bigger audience - it deserves to be sold out EVERY night!
Some folks have asked for a complete song list, so here it is:
ACT ONE
Brother My Brother - Michael Lanning
By the Sword/Sons of Dixie - Michael Lanning, Rob Evan. Steve Barcus, Dustin Brayley, Philip Drennen, Ryan Dunn, Aaron Lavigne, Michael McKinsey, Bart Shatto and Tad Wilson

Brother, My Brother (reprise) - Michael Lanning

The Glory - Rob Evan, Michael Lanning, Erin Mosher and the Company
Every song is amazing. This crew is pouring their heart and soul into every number every night. The staging and costumes are very simple, but it all works. And the musical team is just amazing - Galen, Larry, Fred, Sarah, Trevor and Andy all do an amazing job every night. And I can't forget about our ASM and Sarah Understudy, Anne Brummel - what a great gal. It's just an amazing crew to be a part of. I hope you all get a chance to see this show many, MANY times.
I have some pictures from opening night that I'll post as soon as I get them off my camera!
And, as I'm typing this, Vincent Marini, our producer/director just brought me a CD of footage from the show that's now playing outside the theater in our will-call booth. so yet another reason to come to Gettysburg!!
Hope to see you all soon.
Cheers,
Amanda
